Free shipping on every order to the United States.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 8 to 14 business days after processing. Delivery can take longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Multiple packages: items in the same order, including the Fur-Free Home Kit, may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
