Refund policy

We want you to love your FreshPawHome tools. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

30-day returns: you can request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Eligibility: items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, grooming brushes that have been used on a pet cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return: contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Please do not send items back before we confirm your return and give you the return address. Packages sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Return shipping: the customer pays return shipping costs, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: let us know within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and in most cases you will not need to send the item back.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Kits: the Fur-Free Home Kit can be returned as a full kit for a refund of the kit price, or individual items can be returned for a partial refund based on the kit price.

Exchanges: the fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
